The Process
First, we will work with you to understand:
- What your organization needs;
- What information you're currently tracking, and what else you would like to track;
- What types of employees would use the app and for what purposes (e.g. you will use it for reports and monitoring, maintenance personnel would enter performed maintenance, etc.)
After the initial phase of familiarizing ourselves with the above, we will start work on the application. We typically meet with the client every week or two, depending on the outstanding matters on the app, we demonstrate the progress so far, and we solicit feedback on what you'd like changed or added.
You will have access to the application during the entire period of development so you can continually test whether it meets your needs; if you come up with an idea or change while testing it, you could let us know anytime.

Your data would, of course, be secured and encrypted by the best measures
available to the world's largest companies and protected against both
accidental loss and malicious intervention.
Data is encrypted both while stored and while transmitted, using the same encryption as the best .
Logging in is verified by two-factor authentication: Not only does the person logging in need their password, they have to verify
the computer or phone they're logging in from. Only verified devices can log in.

Your data is replicated in several physical locations with rigorous physical and digital security,
administered by the top data storage providers in the world. Data is automatically backed up regularly as an additional precaution.
History is stored
Any time any new data is entered, changed, or removed, your app will record what was changed, when it was changed, and who made the change.
This can be reviewed by administrator users at any time.
All previous versions of all data are stored.
Information is never deleted. (Unless an administrator user specifically requests it to be.)
Disaster Resilience
If a virus, ransomware, or other malware infects your computers, you can simply factory-erase that device and log back into the app. All your data is still present.
If a computer or phone is damaged, you can simply replace it and continue working.
